I know we are all running mostly android so this will be benefitial to those in restricted network. In our school, anime, games, entertainment, lgtbt, shopping, even miscellaneous tags are used to block sites.
Psiphon enabled to read a review on Starcraft 2 which is supposed to be blocked. Use psiphon. And if your device is rooted use tunnel whole device and torrent your way even on internet cafe. 😉
